e-Leasing - Aviation Leasing

After establishing a user or customer account, you can:

1) Apply for the following

  • Tiedown (Assigned Aircraft Parking) Permit
  • Building Permit (to construct, demolish, etc., on rural state airport land)
  • Lease or Permit (for use of rural state airport land)
  • Mobile Fuel Dispensing Permit (to operate/sell fuel from an approved fuel truck)

 

2) Submit Certified Activity Reports (CARs) for concession and/or fuel sales

 

3) Make payments for

  • Application fees for applications submitted through eLeasing
  • CARs submitted through eLeasing
  • Existing lease and/or permit invoices (via MC or Visa up to $5,000)
  • Existing tiedown permit invoices
