Airport Development's mission is to stimulate and facilitate aviation related business growth at the Airport and in the business community. Primary targets include Air Service, led by Airport Marketing, land leasing and property management, led by Airport Leasing, passenger terminal concession development and management, also led by Airport Leasing, efficient and effective use of information systems, led by Information Services, and general coordination of business development activities, led by the Development Director.

Business development success is achieved by presenting the Airport as an efficient and friendly environment in which to do business, providing fair and equal access to Airport land and terminals, and generally maximizing capture of market growth by anticipating infrastructure, regulatory and other business requirements.
