Notice of Amended Review Procedures for State Byway Designation and De-Designation Applications

Notice is given that the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities will review nominations for state byway designations and de-designations annually during the month of June starting in 2006. This will ensure the most efficient use of state resources in the review and processing of applications.
