This index is to be used for asphalt material compensation adjustments according to standard modification to subsection 401-5.02.
The Alaska asphalt material price index is calculated bi-monthly on the first and third Friday of each month, and will remain in effect from the day of calculation until the next bi-monthly calculation.
The index according to this formula:
