coordination services non-mandatory for Department of
Transportation & Public Facilities divisions, regions,
agencies & entities
Term: June 2, 2010
through May 31, 2012
Renewals Remaining: Two (2) one-year
The Department of Transportation &
Public Facilities has established this contract to
provide for a variety of conference coordination services
on an as-needed basis throughout Alaska. To use this
contract, complete the Conference
Project Form
and submit it to the first-ranked contractor shown
below. The contractor has 10 days to return a quote,
during which time negotiations regarding the scope
of services for the project may be made. Only if the
first-ranked contractor cannot complete the services
in the time required, at an acceptable cost, or acceptable
payment terms cannot be reached may the state move
to the next-highest ranked contractor.
Contract pricing is based on an hourly
labor rate for five typical conference coordination
positions. Purchases of conference materials, food
and beverages, and travel will be made by the contractor
in accordance will all applicable State of Alaska
policies and the actual costs billed to the ordering
agency:
