Description of Work: The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is proposing to repair damage from the November 30, 2018, earthquake. This FEMA/DMVA funded contract will consist of permanent repairs associated with damages resulting from the November 2018 earthquake. Work is to include embankment reconstruction, roadway reconstruction, drainage replacement, slope stabilization, grading, paving, striping, and guardrail. There are two locations along Willow-Fishhook road. The first will consist of an approximate 400 foot, two lane embankment reconstruction and drainage replacement. The second location will be an approximate 250 foot one lane roadway reconstruction with approximately 5,000 feet of guardrail replacement.
