for Highways
(Juneau) —
Frank Richards, P.E., has been

of Highways and Public Facilities,
effective Jan. 2, 2008.
The 47-year-old

Mine, the Bradley Lake Hydroelectric
project and various North Slope

DOT&PF at year’s end.
